Food is what started it all. Our Mom, Kim, wanted to change careers and always had a love of feeding others. After a once-in-a-lifetime cooking experience in Italy, she decided it was time to take the leap and build a space for catering. In 2016, our parents built the venue with a commercial kitchen to cater off-site events and the barn would be used for recreational use. Couples discovered the barn's potential when meeting to discuss their catering needs and ended up booking the space as well - alas, we became a wedding venue.
Our chefs put their heart and soul into making delicious and beautiful dishes for every one of our client's big day. Each dish is carefully crafted from scratch on-site, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We work with local businesses to source proteins and produce, while making breads, sauces, dressings, and desserts in house. It is so important to us that your family and friends feel the love that went into making the food on your wedding day.
TASTINGS
Every couple receives a private menu tasting leading up to their big day.
This day is one of our clients favourite parts of wedding planning. For your tasting we will make majority of the dishes on our menu for you to try. Once you have enjoyed every course, we will sit down with you to do some additional planning.

We are happy to accommodate all allergies and dietary substitutions. Our menu is nut and shellfish free. All meals for guests with allergies and special requests will be prepared with care in avoiding cross contamination.

THIRSTY BUNCH?
Looking for delicious cocktails, signature drinks, good beer, top notch wines, and a beautiful champagne toast? We can do it all! At The Meadows we offer an extensive bar menu so there is something for all of your friends and family. We provide a variety of bar packages to accommodate every budget.
Coffee, tea, punch, juice, sodas and water are included in the price per person for catering. We also provide zero-proof beverages for the well-behaved.
OH, and if you just got married, your drinks are covered with your wedding package!
